Certain Sites Wouldn't Open After A Reboot Via Telnet

Just now faced this situation on a UTStarcom UT 300 R2U modem/router. I rebooted at 12:15 AM by telnetting into it and typing reboot. An hour or so from then certain sites weren't opening while others were. When I actually turned the device off and on the problem was solved. Anyone ever faced this issue?What does it sound like, a software (firmware) issue or a hardware issue?
 
I havent used any teleneting nor do i have any idea but yes I am facing this problem.I am not able to open certain sites and dont know the reason for it. Even Yahoo isnt opening.Dont know what the problem is.
