How to check signal quality or Strength???? only engineer can check that?? By seeing standing wave/standing wave ratio on his instrument.
 
U can check it somewhere in ur STB's setup or the likes. Dont know anything about TS, but i can assume that even they allow the user to see the strength & quality in the STB itself.

You put forward your problem to those people they will sort it out ASAP.....

That's a COO Desk, How can they deny to your complaint ? So, its time now to complaint about them with TRAI.

agree! Tata Sky CC is among the worst CC i have experienced ! Yesterday had to raise a complain that sometimes reception would go off for no reason specially during night. I was told a call back within 2hrs to get the problem sorted out..no one bothered to call back. Raised another complain after 8 hrs still no call backJust now raised another one 3rd time now..same thing we call u back ..... total BS, why even bother with the CC if never intent to provide it.!Plus I was asking the guy what all are charges he didn't know that either....just kept promising a so called call back !

Yep. Call center employees are good for nothing. They just bring more & more disrepute to their organisation. I dont know how do companies bear the dual costs of Call centers - Paying money to setup/maintain call centers, and bear the losses that arise out of irresponsible behaviour by Call center guys!

I alredy tweeted them ystdy when I was getting fedup with their CC...as no one was responding from their side till now.....

plus I did get a call however today they called me on my old no. which I told the CC guy not to call on and gave him my new no. which I am using now..I don;t know why do they even bother asking about the new cell no. when they don't even wanna use it......


plus the guy who called was informed to call me on my new no. he didn't bother calling me...and boom nothing happened and things went in another loophole...

I had to call up again the dam CC no. told them the same dam story...some chic again promised wont happen again and this time I will get the call on my new no..lets see what happens tomorrow....kind of headache actually don't know why mom wanna continue with Tata Sky I am thinking of changing to some other DTH and Tata Sky is dam expensive compared to others ...I checked out I am getting videocond2h for 1800 buks for 6 months plus another 15 days. and next time it will be 1800 for 7 months on 2nd recharge.

On Tky I would be paying Rs 2500 - 2600 for 6 months for almost the same thing..
 
Got a call few hrs back telling me I am suppose to get another call in 2hrs. This time some engineer will call. I have no idea whats the deal with 2hrs with Tata Sky. Its been way past 2hrs and no one has bothered to call me seems they gonna waste todays day aswell. I am paying Rs 400 buks a moth for this kind of crap service !
 
Last month i have changed my TS HD+ for atleast 5 - 6 times as the STB was not receiving a proper signal from the remote...first reported it TS CC division they have asked me to Master Reset the STB still the problem persisted...then i contact my know person in CC office in Bangalore...she did a great job for me ...but of course they have replaced 5 - 6 STB's as the problems persisted with almost all the boxes which they replaced...the final box was replaced during the 1st week of May that box is functioning without any hassle...
