MTNL Snr and Line Attenuation Margin

Hey guys i am using Mtnl 888 plan
my Snr margin is 6.2 db

Line Attenuation is 48.3


Because of this is am not getting 2mbps at night it's only 1.2-1.4 mbps .

Is there any way i can improve it ?

Your snr is way too low, and attenuation is way too high, something is wrong with your line. Get it checked.

U think calling the call center of Mtnl they will do anything to fix this ?

In most cases it should. if it doesn't fix things, pay a visit to the exchange.
