I don't know about the one you posted, but i had a transcend flash drive in the past and after a few months, it broke into 3 pieces(it still worked, just the cover(s) came off).Though it seems to be the only reasonable priced USB 3 drive available here.
every company has different models. some would be cheapo quality others would be higher quality. the simple logic behind my recommendation is that the pricing is very good for a USB 3.0 compatible pen drives. and these do not look the cheapo versions as well.
I would recommend Transcend too as my experience with them has been very good. They are fast, and they are sturdy enough. If you really want tough ones, go for Corsair Voyager. I don't quite agree that HP is sturdy. They are flimsy
