In Bangalore, the address given by bsnl is: http://10.240.43.216/(IF You are a bsnl user)
log in with the username and password given by bsnl to you(to change password too, u have to login here..though for inbox password, there's yet another location)
Click on the Gaming menu, AFTER you log in.
You will get a small box in the right side column, saying gaming package 1..with activate button. click it. and logout after activation(or failure...as per suleman, failure too increases speed).
You are done!
Since the cost is based on download, I doubt using the facility causes any charges, when they have not mentioned cost.
