I have an Airtel Maharashtra connection, which I use in Mumbai. I have not been receiving calls since yesterday. I can make outgoing calls. I thought that the problem will be rectified in a few hours time, but no....I called Airtel today and had a tough time making the executive understand the problem (10 min). I was told that the problem MAY BE rectified by 15th September!, a full 8 days! Keep up the great work Airtel.Is anybody else facing this problem? I have another complaint pending with Airtel. I don't get either 2G (EDGE) or 3G network (anywhere in Mumbai), complaint lodged on 8th September. I wonder whether the great technicians have messed up my incoming calls while trying to rectify 3G problem! Anything is possible with Airtel.
