Anyone has recharged on Paytm with a credit card without the EMV chip?
In the recent days I mean? My card was rejected last night.
Did last night with icici db. worked fine.
 
Paytm does not offer 24x7 support?!!

I raised quey on Friday night, still have not got reply. (Queries that I had raised on Mon-Fri were replied within 2-3 hrs)

Also their twitter account has not posted a tweet since July 18. (i.e. since Friday)

I thought their support was 24x7 but looks like Sat-Sun is off

I got this reply.

And the way it is written it looks like automatic reply for the ticket which is unresolved for more than 48 hrs!

Making user think someone is doing something (not enjoying holiday!) and automatically asking for more time.

Ok so anybody tried this online ticket system by Paytm?

Paytm Care

It is supposed to have record of all my tickets (complaints)

When I try to "Sign up" with my e-mail ID it says "Email ID already registered"

When I try "Forgot Password", it e-mails me link to "Reset password", but when I click on that link, it simply takes me back to login page. i.e. does not ask me to type new password!!

Can anyone try?
