I had real Shwarma when I was in London - Edgware Road. It was a Lebanese restaurant by the name of Maroosh. They have it all the place in Edgware Road. Really miss those. Here they just put mayonnaise and cabbage... 😛layful:

Right. No one seems to have  Are you sure you did not see that scene on a downloaded copy? --heh. i don't care about real or unreal as long as it tastes good 😀

Personally I remember watching the shawarma scene but not confident if it was in the theater or some youtube link

Me too. Pinging a friend to make a program this weekend 🙁 No chance before that.

Most foods are customized a bit to match local tastes - Its highly likely that you would probably get to eat the genuine shawarma only in Mid-Eastern or some Mediterranean countries. In US, even Indian food is slightly modified, reducing spiciness or replacing some not so common ingredient (sometimes even some which are expensive or even banned there) . Same is likely to be for Shawarma - I have eaten in India & in US , I doubt if any of them would really be 100% as how it is made in the home country(ies) of the shawarma

BREAKING NEWS of tomorrow:
A thread in an online forum gives a sudden boost in sales of Shawarma across India
