Haha. ROFL. LOL. Imagine the name Boxer (which was once their entry level bike) amongst FZ16, Dazzler, Apache, and Pulsar. "Mere paas BOXER hai". 😀

150cc means that it can easily be targeted in the budget segment in cities. i actually see a lot of boxers used by utility service providers like couriers.
 
Even the current Pulsar produces 15 PS but at 9000 RPM. 13 or 14 at a lesser one say 4000 RPM should be good I guess. Pretty usable and torquey. FE should play a crucial role but initially when Rajiv Bajaj spoke about this a few months earlier, he mentioned something like "Rural market in India are no longer FE oriented. They are moving towards performance oriented vehicles". That means lesser FE!
