If you read my previous post on "trai is oblivious on p2p throttling",i had called advisor BB trai and told him of the current situation.He had talked to airtel and airtel denied that they were throttling.I told him that they were lying and gave proof and also told him that Trai asking way back in 2006 that should net neutrality be made a law.He said that they will re issue this.
So when this consultation paper is issued i want everyone from IBF to send a mail to trai to have net neutrality be made a law
