have a super sexy and tiny bluetooth headset and you are good to go. a lot of us have stopped using bluetooth headsets at all because of the douchebag culture it resulted in. but i think there is a lot of value in using them today. especially on larger devices a lot of us are/would-be carrying.

yeah, but thats a thing to be considered after i buy my gadget! That too, not this much money hungry piece, lesser hungry one!!

Rumors in the market say that Galaxy Note might arrive in India next month. No word on pricing. Personally, I think the pricing would be around 40K if not more.

what samsung is doing is very stratgic and methodical, KANO MODEL look it up, They are out pacing their own devices in market either by stopping the supply or by putting a up comparable new model with higher specs with same price, You can say its a BLITZ-KRIEG
It seems like they want to move and create a market segment for higher echelon as well as as middle echelon, they want to leave behind Nokia for lower market segment..

It also Helps samsung to revenue them up in Indian market( they are below average profit making; if compared to world market to India market) since user will be changing the mobiles/smartphones Faster, It also means they are going for a UNIFICATION of everything eventually so that they can have monopoly and best in class as well..
also they want to predict the price in market, No want to take out grey market and DICTATE PRICE( have a look around: before 5 years the price diff was huge between grey and regular market now its like 2000 or less )

The Galaxy Note is one of those devices that you'll either completely love, or totally hate -- its sheer size alone will certainly be a barrier for those with smaller hands (or pockets).

Isn't the screen a little too large ?

Apart from fitting in jeans, i dont see any issue in carrying this thing.......thats still ignoring money factor!C'mon if u can carry a Tab along in ur bag, this is better than that - carry it in ur pocket. Most Formal trousers have big enuf pockets to fit this monster.And yeah ur core point......large screen - again the same, a Tab still has a larger screen. But u cant fit it into ur pocket. U need to have a bag or something to carry it.

I don't have a tablet 😛. So I can't comment on that.And if were to indeed take a bag along with me , I'd prefer to carry a tablet in it rather than this device.

Err, wud u take it out while u r standing in a queue, or may be travelling in relatively crowded transport?? While u can take out a phone immediately, u cant do that with a Tab!And this kind of utility didnt struck me, until Sushubh pointed it out! May be there cud be several such uses, which wud come in handy as compared to a Tab. And that said, i agree its a very Niche product.
