If you are using ethernet cable, there is no need for driver. Simply plug in and (if in PPPoE mode) it will detect internet connection through LAN. Open browser and you can browse. If in dialer / Bridge mode, you need set up a dialer before browsing.
Download the drivers to Hard disk location.
Connect modem to Usb Port.
Windows 7 should detect new hardware, and search for Drivers , or ask for it.
