I am on 1100 uld combo plan. Its 2mbps upto 10gb and 256kbps after that.Have used around 7gb for this month but the speed has already reduced. Any help..
Where did you check ? If on portal, take a screen shot of the usage details and perform a speedtest.net test. Take both to the exchange tomorrow and seek assistance.
I checked it on speedtest.netCalled the bsnl guys and they told me that its some server problem and will be corrected by tomorrow morning. Lets see.:sarcastic:
