Once you have enabled Accessibility and a TextToSpeech engine on your Android device, the TextToSpeech engine will read out the subject and snippet of each highlighted messages.
For example: A message with the subject "New message" and a snippet of "this is the contents of my message" would be read as: “Subject: New Message. Snippet: this is the contents of my message”
Content in the Conversation View can now also be read by the TextToSpeech engine.
