Its a General Template in which Outstanding amount is entered and it may be automated e-mail. 😛

So, I guess its just a copy pasted template.

Fortunately there is no late fee for amounts less than 100 or 150

Its called Robotic Customer Service. Sender of that Mail would definately be a Joker .
