Did Any One Experiance Drop In Speeds ?

Hi Guys, From Yesturday I have been strangely experiancing drop (significant) in download speeds after 12 midnight. 🤔 Can any one confirm it too ? Although I have enabled game package yet max speed that i got was max 12 KB/s !!!! A night before that I got max of 150 KB/s with avg of 70KB/s !I am trying to download a movie file thru torrent but using this crappy speeds it says it will take me 1 week to complete. though I can see seeds = 75+ and peers = 400+ still i get crappy speeds..............pranKster.
