when i applied for a new connection they said that there would be no telephone bill, but later I got Bill from MTNL of Rs 221 for activating this service.When I applied they said that there would be no hidden cost and you would only pay Rs 299 /mo including taxes etc.. but later they said that 10% Tax is extra.. so they charged me Rs 330 instead of 299When i asked to change my plan to Rs 149, no response, however when the recharge guy came he said that you should have changed the plan before 20th of last month, now we can only recharge with 299 plan, i.e. again Rs 330Now this month when I asked to change my plan before 20th they said that a plan cannot be changed for atleast 3 months, so this month also I would have to pay Rs 330 ...... This is totally rubish.. they have charged me over 2200 rs. for just 3 months of third class service.. and now when i asked them to disconnect the plan, they again got underground.. no response even of my repeated calling. and later they will come and ask for 330 rs for next month as i didnt ask them earlier to disconnect... total cheaters.!!please suggest what should i do??.. I can't even blame MTNL as they dont have any control over these Aksh TV guys..
