BSNL MICROSIM SPEED CAPPED TO 256 Kbps

Iam from Coimbatore,Tamilnadu.I got my BSNL 3G microsim postpaid UL999 on june 20 and using in my Huawei E1750 Data card. till yesterday(20-7-2011) the speeds r awesome (4-5mbps). but from yesterday my speed is capped to 256 kbps.
while enquiring in the customer care they said that "the microsim is
for using with IPAD only. As I have Violated that ,their system has automatically capped the speed as my IMEI Number belong to a Data Card. But i argued to them i am using it only in IPAD only.but they told me that the speed is capped automatically by system and if i use it with ipad again the speed will be increased after verifying IMEI no.

Plz guys help me is there any solution or shall i surrender my connection?:31::31::31:

Dear bro,dont do that complaint thing again with bsnl people,as that will trigger alaram.they may verify and block each micro simt 3.5ou can not ge.you can not get 3.5 mbps speed for just 999.we are also sailing in the same boat.hope you got the point

Sorry for your loss...!!..There is no solution for that...!!
The only solution that...i think may be impractical(Ilegal) is flashing your datacard's IMEI with a valid IPAD's IMEI...!!
