Ok, I opted for 1350 ULD plan in March because 750 ULD wasn't sufficing my needs and greed. I filled the form on 20th and my plan was expected to change from next cycle i.e. 1st of April but No, I was still having 64 KBps down speed.I went to the CC center asked them why wasn't my plan changed. they told me that I should've filled the form before, I'll have to wait for the next cycle (Next cycle, WTF :annoyed🙂.I had to wait a month, plan changed everything good. Now, I was playing counter strike with my friends and was happy with speed and all, I saw my line dropping, the adsl link was going off suddenly, Started happening every 15 minutes.:angry (2): Was getting disconnected everytime I joined any server, really disappointed. Called up toll free, same as usual never works or if it does they never pick up! Had to go to the JTO office, told him the story, he said there might be some problem with the line, he will send the lineman to fix it. The lineman came, did something with the line, net was working fine till the link went off again. I was super pissed.:cursing:I called up JTO again at 11.30 AM, someone else picked up and told that he is out for lunch.:suicide:, Seriously 11.30 is their lunch time, WTF. I called up again after 2-3 hours, he told me he's going to send he lineman again, I said no there's no problem with the line,the lineman yesterday came and checked, He said ok and hung up the phone! To my surprise, the line man showed up again at my house at 5. He checked all the wiring and said there's no problem from their side, I asked him what is the problem then? He gave a ignorant look and pointed out at the wireless router(Netgear), He told me it is the problem, I should use a bsnl item only. HOLY SHIT, I told him yeah, thank you, please leave.This problem was never solved, luckily I had to shift my house to a new place nearby, so I had to submit a form for quarter shifting, They promised to shift within 7 days max.1 week over, No one cared, I called up the JTO again, he said he is sending the lineman today (*Hoping not to see the old lineman again*), I said ok, Noone came, 2 days passed, I called him up again, he gave me the lineman no., I called him on Saturday, he said he will come by evening, I Told him to please (Yes, I said please) come today or else I'll have to wait till Monday, he said not to worry and he'll show up by today evening which never came. In a pissed mood, I went to the JTO's office, shouting at him I asked him to send the lineman today or I'm complaining against you. Holy MOLLY, The lineman was at my house before I came back. Everything good, 15 days passed, I was to pay my bill by 28th, I went to their center to pay the bill on 27th, Paid. Now on 29th when started Mozilla, it redirected me a bsnl page saying I've not paid the bill (NOT PAID :aglerks🙂. Same routine, Going to the JTO's office, telling him the story, he saying he'll sort it out that particular day only which never used to happen.This time he told me that bsnl has installed a new software and it will take time to update my status, I asked him if it was only me and he said yes, I was the only one. I asked him an approximate time it will take until I can get to use it again. He said it will be quick, in just 1-2 days. 4 days passed, I opened the JTo's office door, He told me it is going to get fixed only, I told him I don't want my internet fixed, I want the nodal officer's no., HE SHAT BRICKS!😛leasantry:, He told me he isn't having the officers no. and started making excuses. He told me it is there on the back of bill, I said it isn't working that's why I'm here. He gave me several other no.'s where no one cared to listen to my problem. He told me it will be fixed in 2 days for sure. I was unsure as of why I was leaving him. 2 days over, Problem not sorted, I didn't bothered to call him up. After 2 weeks of patience everything is sorted. :dry:There's no there ISP providing internet facility so I can't bother to change it.I really hope I get a discount in the bill this month or else I'm going to the consumer court.Peace.Regards,Rusty.

You should go for other private operators where you pay for services .

I am too having same kinda issue. Why don't try for Wireless Broadband like me 😉

Don't have good experience with wireless broadband wither, i.e. Tata Photon.
 


No doubt BSNL is the worst BB provider in India with their crap plans and super crap CC. Infact Beam Fibre has better Service than BSNL. U shud escalate this for such a harassment.
 
@Sachin: I feel you there brotha. BSNL is the worst ISP to deal with I guess.
 
forcing us to take land line service & telephone is worst about bsnl.they really should just provide only DSL signal on landline.bsnl should put telephone services into museum.
 
landline phones are the best way to communicate. they are going to be critical during disasters that could shut down satellite and mobile communications. they are also harder to tap into. look at any disaster movie, landline phones are shown to be the savior in many cases. do not disregard their usefulness and importance.
