Sometimes, just disabling DHT in Options and restarting BitComet and then enabling it again and restarting again fixes it. Also, make sure that you're allowing TCP as well as UDP connections on the port that you have BitComet running on. Create rules in ur firewall if u have one installed.Alternatively, try this: 1.
