Reliance 600Kbps Unlimited
Are you seriously planning to take leased line bro? It is extremely costly and not for home users, but you can check this link for Reliance tariffs >>Solution By Business Need

P.S: Sunny Deol the famous actor has taken leased line which he pays Rs.8,00,000 per year for a mere 10Mbps Unlimited with no Fair Usage Policy, Only people who earn in crores or higher lakhs can afford leased line specially multinational companies, corporates and rich business men.:D

Haven't you already asked this in another thread?

In a nutshell, I think the answer is Tata. It's network has far better global reach by comparison, partially thanks to their takeover of Tyco a few years ago.

There aren't any 490,000km submarine cables in a single system (that would be ~10x around the world), but companies like Tyco/Tata do own a large number of cables worldwide which probably add up to somewhere in that vicinity.
