why did this page come up for me..!? i swear i didnt do any thing against the rules of IBF and since my ISP uses static IP...if u block my ip address..am doomed since am :in-love: with IBF!! ;X..hope you would solve the issue fast!! :]
 
You are using a Static IP and still saw that screen? That means you did something nasty
