Google Blogger not working on BSNL Broadband?

Guys is it just me or others on BSNL are also facing the same problem ?Its been few days i have been able to open *.blogspot.comI tried different DNS , still its not loading checked with "isitdownforme" website and it shows , its only for me

i think i saw some reports on twitter today that blogger is not working on bsnl broadband.

opera turbo is just another proxy -through alternative ...
If it works in Opera Turbo and not in normal , then we have a problem..

we are not talking about how to use proxy to access sites ,we are not in china... FYI.. i am asking why sites are not opening ..
