The broadband thing is not very old in India. In the countries like UK and US the broadband services users are more than in India. That has become possible only because of the state of the art technology and better customer service What is your opinion?
when the bmc starts mending the potholes on the roads, we can assume that things are getting better About your poll...why waste time on something that is a big joke? They cant even provide 'narrowband' for cheap ...ie. even 64 kbps unlimited which should not cost more than 200 or so is charged around 500 or 600. Plus add unreliability & downtime & less than promised speed.
Definetly the price of the service can be reduced. This can only be done by getting more and more users. The biggest problem in our country is that people are not innovative enough, above all we are not ready to for a change. When the masses will become aware of the fact that the internet is the most formidable tool of this centuary then only the goal can be achived.
