Huawei Quidway Wa 1003a Router Manual And Questions

For the Type II router, Huawei Quidway WA 1003a, can I obtain a manual from some website whic explains its web interface (preferably the telnet interface too)?

I have one PDF document I downloaded from here:

but it shows just the connections. It is kind of a quick install guide but I am looking for a user's guide.

Also, in my Home UL 900 Plus plan, the web interface for the router shows in connection status that the connection is working on 2Mbps download and 512 kbps upload. Since the Home 900 plan is 256 kbps download, can somebody explain this anamoly?

details with telnet interface may not be available .
but the modem's web interface should have a help
menu . it could be the last option on the Left menus .
It should provide useful information .

what do the usage records say about your speed at the portal ?

The Dataone's administration page's service records page shows that the name of our service is "Plan - Startup Plan, 256 kbps", even though we had requested "Home UL 900 Plus" plan (we had contacted BSNL a few weeks ago about this, and they had assured us that our plan was indeed the unlimited 900 plan, no matter what the administration page says!).

The web interface for the router shows that the connection is connected on 2048 downstream and 512 kbps upstream.. its not the download / upload speeds.. Its the setting done in the DSLAN port at the ISP end.. Airtel do a 640 kbps setting for most of its connections..
