I am here to tell you something about HFCL Connect.. Here is Punjab, they give some attractive plans but some are very irritating for last some time...
The are having an issue with me regarding a bill payment.. They are saying that I haven't deposited the bill, but I did and it is the fault of Local Office that they didn't sent money further. So They are saying its my fault. Its been going on for about 1 year. They Disconnect My Internet Connection Every now and then. when I call their Customer Care then they just arise bill issue. I have Sent them Fax Of Acknowledgement I got From local office, then they re-avail my service again and after 15 days or so they do disconnect it again.
I went to local office for permanent dis-connection but they are not helping me either.
Please You guys help me out, what should I Do now ??
P.S. : I Advice All My Fellow Members Here is Broadbandforum that They Don't Ever Choose The Service Of HFCL Connect In Future, they Are just frustrating.
