Dish Tv big Price hike W.E.F 05 May 2011 Platinum Pack now Rs.350/-

Ten Cricket not included in Platinum pack plus they have increased Platinum Pack price to Rs.350/-.So Pay more this summer and also in rainy season expect signal not found because of rains and still pay more.They have not yet updated the price change on their website.

Support KKR, be proud sponsors, pay in Crores or Lacs as sponsors but why are they taking money from the customers pocket.DishTv management needs to be change.Their Fake HD also got busted (Upscaling and trying to fool customers).

I don't know whether Titanium Recharge offer customers will be benefited or not but if dishtv has not taken care of this then Titanium Recharge offer customers are going to get screwed and will never know.

Also they have come down from India No.1 DTH Provider to Asia Largest Company as their logo says.Since they aren't No.1 any more in terms of services and offers.

At least inform customers in advance and please provide valid reasons for the price change to be honest and customer caring company from their customers point of view.

Well..... Just think the other side of this.... They have increased the price of their packages but only after adding new channels in their packages, So Price hike is quite justified...Second, Rain outage is their in all the dth as well... you and i and the company can't do much more in this....Third Titanium Recharge offer is Still their and if you recharge with it you will be price protected.Further more Earlier Dishtv uses No.1 Logo but now they have more grown and now became Asia's Largest DTH Company with more then 10 million subscribers.....Further I guess its already informed, i have received this msg yesterday.

Firstly if they have added some irrelevant channels which only certain class will enjoy. Then they should add such irrelevant channels in Ala Carte packs.If they would have added channels which would have been enjoyed by all the customers the price hike would be justified.Also Ten cricket which is own by Zee network is not available for Platinum Users and have to Pay Rs.360/- yearly along with Rs.4200/- yearly for Platinum package and also other charges for other DISHTV A-La-Carte Pack.

If in Rainy Season all customers are going to get affected by using current Dish Tv Antenna,so can Dishtv take initiative and decrease the price according to the regions so the customers should not felt cheated and dishtv should show why they are Asia's Largest DTH Company by showing this kind of support that they really care for customers.
