I am surprised that Randiv is playing... why have Herath/Mendis playing the cup only to bring Randiv for Final. It is within the rules & everything goes... but seems a bit bizarre that someone who is good enough to play the final directly, is not good enough to be part of the initial 15.
 
very true .. i guess he hold most of the batting record .... but he is not playing for record .. he still has thirst to play
 
some mess up while toss .. first dhoni was won the same but then something happens and they re-did it ... and then SL won the same ..
 
Toss-- Dhoni tossed & Sangakarra called, but no one heard the call... so they did a re-toss.. commentary guys said they could have sorted between themselves since Sanga knew what he had called & the coin is on the ground...

Thinking from Sanga's view, if he had said he won the toss, people might think he was being "dishonest" . On the other hand, he might have actually lost & tried to make best use of opportunity 😉
 

haha. and someone on twitter said that sanga realized that his call would have meant that sri lanka lost the toss so he did not say anything. i bet this would become a controversy of its own if india loses today.
 
by the way... how long before someone from the pakistan team tries to gain media attention by claiming that the semi final match was fixed?
 
Local Pakistani citizens have already filed a case against the team to initiate a CBI-kind of probe. How long we need to wait - We need to wait till someone is dropped/banned - before he does that

vaas was also came finsal .. thought they will get him also as he always do well against ind..

i guess they tried to do some improvement in batting order .. as till now there top order only performed well ..

Yeah.. 3 changes seems fair enough.... Silva not in form, Matthews injured & say one spinner for Kulasekara... Its Randiv inclusion that seems a bit odd.... When already you have Herath & Mendis... But the counter argument could be that they are not happy with their performance & used Matthews injury to bring in Randiv.
