Iam sorry to say that I have received this communication from the Telecom dept and Iam at a loss to decide the next course of action !:isorry:
1.telecom minister's PA has conveyed to me that minister's wife want a swiss bank credit card ( with rolling US$ 10k/month settled from my a/c) mailed to her ASAP.:yahoo:
2. Junoir Telecom Minister's wife wants a Skying holiday at St Moritz and as well a "Desert Holiday " at Dubai. Only 1st class tickets thro Air Swiss & 5 star accomodation accepted.
( no Gujarati motels with Indian food please!):imwink:
3.PMO office has conveyed that they need a "4G & 5 G telecom policies in Europe /USA Study tour " arranged for party VIP's .
"Kindly include Las Vegas and Niagara falls too."
4.last but not the least -they are asking to bring the latest type foreign Brief case Gift when I come to the telecom ministry for final discussion .( not empty of course ):rofl:

Haha... with the amount of funding we have available to us, these would be rather light "bakhsheesh" IMO. My (future) wife also wants a debit card with a rolling balance of 10k Euros 😀

Hahahaha. Not really - it's harder than ever because nobody has any money (or so they claim), but the thing about telecoms is that it's an ever expanding thing and the kinds of returns that investors like are virtually guaranteed by any company that doesn't mismanage itself.

But we're not aiming to take on the biggies. I don't consider BSNL, Airtel, Tata, Reliance or indeed almost all of the ISPs in India to be my competitors because I don't claim to be in the same market as they are. They can keep their sub-megabit subscribers 🙂

that's the unfortunate truth. U sell them a decent plan/idea/business,give stake in ur company and they will come running out to offer their money.
Whether the business succeeds or not is a gamble, depending on the implementor.
