DOCOMO 3G speeds limited to 144Kbps!

I am using the 91plan which offers 200MB of data.
 
Now its a known fact that tata docomo is capping the speed to 128 kbps. you are lucky to get 144 kbps. If you ever had a 2G data plan activated then your speed will most certainly be capped to 128 kbps. I am facing the same problem. I paid for 3G and I am getting speeds worse than EDGE. I have complained several times but still no resolution in sight. tata docomo are aware of the situation but does not want to do anything about it.

This is BS i get over 1MBps of speed so you cant say they have capped the speed.

MAybe Ur Device is set to connect to the 2G network EDGE😀 but if not Maybe U've ran out of balance for 3G broadband and I's switched to the 144Kb/s Speed! one It's happened to me!

I'm using it on HSUPA MF631 Device😀 It can go through the 3.75G that also has HSDPA!
I mean 3G USB Stick Not mobile ! 😀 but It should have any different with the mobile Phones.🙂
 
speed increase 3 times frm yesterday

It Should be At least around 150 KB if not They've limited ur speed 😀 Me too 😀 mine is maximum 200 KB .
It was 380KBytes/s Before😀 Some times temporary decrease in speed happens but after stime i'll be okay!
