Any idea when Mtnl wud be offering GPRS/MMS facility on its mobile services in Delhi?Also will it be available only on postpaid?There's no subforum on MTNL, so i decided to put it in BSNL's!

Come on Rs 199 per month for 5 MB transfer......is it cheap?Hutch was offering ult for Rs 99 + free MMS
