here u can view each and every complaint u make.. its status.. and everything...
it aslo gives u info when u call who attends ur call.. etc..
the file notings in my case were like
executive name (date)
the cust called again.. seems very irritated.. pls resolve it asap..[/b]
well, they truly belive in right to information that is sure.. but otherwise its been a long time (5 days)since my complaint has been resolved (although the resolution time is 24 hrs)
