Local Dns Cache For Faster Browsing

I'd be interested to know of other free win solutions.

This is not a local solution.....
but the ppl at http://www.opendns.com have used the simple idea and added security features like phishing protection

But its not faster.....coz they have no servers here....atleast i think so.....

Can anyone tell me how to find out where the server is physically located...i think there's a command line tool....??
