Airtel Retention Team promising to change the Quality of network across Hyderabad in just 6 days

withing 24hours of sending sms for porting from Airtel me & many pples in my friend circle got a call form airtel.Airtel Retention Team promising to change the Quality of Airtel network across Hyderabad in just 6 days 😱LOL :dance:
 
LOL, haha.. what a joke from airtel team
 
Yaa Connectivity has become poor from past year. U'd have to dial twice to connect to a airtel no. Quality Change in 6 days ? FAKE PROMISE!
 
On second thoughts may be true. We did that with CWG and now with Eden Gardens ground, last minute effort to cover up for recklessness.Funny part is how do they expect ppl to believe in this :O
 
I submitted a request to have my broadband connection disconnected after Airtel support failed to replace my faulty router in 8 days. I received a call from retention and they promised to have the router replaced in 1 hour. That was 10 days ago. Faulty router is yet to be replaced. Needless to say, I have sent another disconnection request.

Apparently, Airtel broadband retention department in Delhi is manned by people who can't even speak Hindi properly, leave alone English. They speak in Bihari tone like "Hum kaha raha hun na...ki apka modem hum change karva raha hum na..." 🙂

well its only because these r only peoples who work with less salary and most of them have only qualification of job but not the knowledge.
 


so all these days they knew the problem and didnt take action ... is that defecit in quality of service and should be fined or start a court case agaisnt them ?
