"I wanted to change my "dataone Home-500" to "Home-250" for this I applied to BSNL for it,on 28/05/05 & they told me the plan will be changed from "June" ,All was right until one day I checked this to get the 'Usage'(As the limit for 'Home-250' is 400 MB, :-"

When connected beet'N (7;56 to 7;57) just to test that is it (Usage0 is included or excluded I got this (Coded here) result which is showing "0" (***)-Traffic.

I'm wondering that The plan is changed or not,as the usage shows the "traffic" (Beet'n 2-8 am) nil.

How can I find/know that "data1" plan been changed from "Home-00" to "Home-250" or not.

very confused.

Pls help me.
 
^ from the above record , I understand that your dataone plan
is not yet changed to home 250 . Now , it is better to
personally contact the concerned official at your Exchange ...

do you have Service Order Records Link in your usage
records page ? it shows the current plan .

Service Order Records Link shows this:-

"Sorry. The service order record you are querying is not found."

Now how to know abt this.
 
dunno if its of any help and from wot my primitive brain interprets the 2-8 am criteria is NOT provided in the HOME250 plan and as for u're current active plan goes...........its written ol over the left side of the screen where it shows u're usage and also in the very first heading of "user info"

but still nevatheless as seshu buddy said........d best thing is to contact the bsnl personnals in person and clarify ol u're queries.
