i have connect Broadband, now i purchased a secondhand ZTE WIFI MODEM, i configured it on my connection , i filled the username and password, but its giving me error of AUTHUNTICATION FAILED.
According to HFCL connect policy, you cant use another company`s modem. You need to clear MAC address in order to use ZTE modem. Only connect engineers can do it.
