MTNL Mobile: Help Needed Quick

i have mtnl triband 590 conn., i manage to automate the restart using telent client and it works, but the problem is, that the download doesn't start, or starts for a while and then the net gets disconn., so when i get up in the morning the connection is still there in the taskbar but, the net ain't working, evene 192,168,1,1 can't be acessed.plz help me thru this.
