Please Advice A Traffic Billing Solution

Hello guys!Could you please give me an advice what software is better to use as Internet traffic billing solution for my network?? The cheaper the better, but with flexible functionality. Thank you!
 
Well, NetUP UTM comes to mind, also NDSAD (its opensource) as a collector for traffic if your router doesn't export NetFlow v.5. If you have sFlow or IP-accounting (or something similar) use Get_XYZ (also an opensource tool). If the router exports NetFlow stream - no problems, some billing systems accept it (the UTM billing as an example)

X net stat proit won't give u exact billing but u come to know wt program is connecting to interenet and whether data from tht program is coming in or going out

Well, to my mind NetUP UTM is the exact billing with long life experience 🙂))
