Reliance Wimax New Connection Low dB ( kindly advice )

Hello guys,I opted for Reliance wimax and today their technical person showed up and tried checking reception from their nearest Base station. But for some reason both the nearest ones werent really proving worthy. Luckily one of the farther one was giving signal of about 17-21 dB ( I think thats what that Green/Orange fluctuating band was showing ).I want to know if that would offer good constant speed or not? My main purpose is downloading and I have chosen 1536 kbps plan.Kindly provide your suggestions.ThanksChaz

Don't go if signals are not strong enough else you will face bad performance in downloading and browsing. Tell him to connect via UVR or install some other receiver for better throughput otherwise go for wired one.
