Unable to Install WAP settings

Hi am using a Sony Ericsson (C702) mobile with Reliance GSM prepaid sim I received settings from the Reliance to activate GPRS and MMS but when I tried to Install it asking Passcode. I was asked to give 11 but when I gave 11 it gives text is too short. When I tried with 0000 it gives me Passcode Wrong. Pls give me a solution:confuse:

dear reliance people and their database dont know about Sony phones (all of them give ME eror thei)i own sony naity this is the way i go Menu->settings->conectivity->internet settings-> connect using-> option (left key)->create new ->ps data->fill name= reliance ; apn= rcomnetleave all thing blank enjoy surfing
