HDFC Netbanking: "We are unable to carry out your instruction. Please contact bank."

This status pops up when I try to modify the Secure Access profile, which is a newly added feature where you have to answer a series of 5 questions in order to complete an online transaction.Anyone else faced this problem? If yes, how did you get rid of it?
 
I have been able to change the answers !
