Yeah, in my letter that's something that I told them they should strive for.... but that's one letter... they will only sit up and listen (if they ever sit up and listen) if they get many letters...try your hand... it's only an e-mail.... though I might send them a print one soon, because it's a lot easier to ignore an e-mail than a physical letter.

That's what ISPs tend to do. They promote you to a better package at the same price .. but not the other way round.

AOL (UK) recently upgraded customers from 256Kbps to 512Kbps at no extra cost. Competition is driving the market ruthlessly. Customers are benefiting 🙂
