bsnl self care portal registration problem

i am from andhra pradesh,in previous months i used to use bsnl portal to check band width usage.from this month they are giving self care portal links to check bandwidth usage. when ever i am trying to register at self care portal after filling up the form when ever i click on next it is saying "Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service."for broad band user id i consulted local bsnl office they told me same id what i am entering to register. even i got same user id from bsnl customer care.even customer care also unable to solve my problem they r saying we just resetted u r broad band password pls try after 15 minutes . but still it is not registering. what can i do to resolve this r whom i have to complaint.
 
Not sure about your problem, but you can use a bandwidth meter till the issue is solved. Try one from Shaplus or Networx.
