Fair Usage Policy: Illegal.

Well, that's a start atleast.If it has to get real mainstream media and public attention then the best way is to get this topic some air on a popular news channel, preferably during the evening.But not on a joke of a 'news' channel like IndiaTV and the likes.This could be done if someone on the forums has links to the reporters etc.
