when they gonna launch in rest of circle, Although they have cdma spectrum , and need very low investment than GSM based. Still they can not launch in rest of 12 circle

Yes. MTS is a CDMA service, 3G is referred to GSM service and in CDMA service it is known as EVDO Rev A. USB modems like tata photon plus, reliance netconnect plus, MTS mblaze, Virgin vflash are EVDO Rev A data card (3G equivalent). EVDO Rev A. open market handsets (OMH - handsets in which any CDMA sim can be used) are also available in Kerala. is that supports video call?
The handsets that MTS introduced will not support video call. But in future this facility will come.
