Tikona Broadband issue - IP Address Conflict

Hi all, I am facing an issue w.r.t the automatic IP address generated by the DHCP servers. Everyday i am get an IP address conflict after a particular point of time. What i suspect is either Tikona engineers have allocated static IP to some other comp in the network or the DHCP server is allocating the same IP(maybe because there is shortage of other IP address). 😡Worst part is, when i access the connection next morning and check session history.. i get to know that someone else has used >880 MB of data using my login ID. This prompts me to think that they are doing it intentionally. I want to know whether anyone has faced similar issue?

so what have you done somu? have the conflict beeen resolved? I know one can mimic Mac address but once a IP is assigned to you, u cur cant mimic it or may be you Have a static ip and somebody else is having ur account info. try doing this get a IP assigned out of india using your connection and then monitor if your own indian ip is being used
