One tp failuer of tata sky

Since today morning tata skys one tp is inactive so channels on these tps are blank. the tp details are 11550 H 30000 5/6 and the channels are dd national, star plus ,star one, star utsav, Sony, sab, sahara one, zee tv, etv oriya, etv urdu, etv gujrati, dd bharti, mgm, tcm, et now, teja tv so these channals showing no signals. Are there any problem in tp failuer because same problem happend to sun direct on insat 4b.

But im able to see all these channels still...
 
Which is ur area?

I live in kothrud Pune... and im watching SAB now.. all other channels u hv quoted above are properly working with me...
 
I am in also pune area in alandi dewachi and these channels showing no signal since morning.

Its better dat u register query on mytatasky.com.. they will call u instantly..
