Go to What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more..., note down your IP and enter it in the address bar and try. Mostly it will work. If there is a problem with password, you can reset the modem using a refill. There will be a small hole at the bottom or rear side of the modem. Just insert the refill and hold it for say 30 seconds while the modem is ON. Please note that resetting the modem will erase all your setting and you need to configure your modem again. You can use this guide to configure it again

WA3002-g1 (Type-II) ADSL MODEM MULTIUSER CONFIGURATION

Hope this helped.
