Hi , I just got my Reliance Wired Line 600 kbps & night 1 mbps plan installed . I have a D-Link dir 600 router . I configured the router , and i directly connect the wan network cable into the router (without using the modem given by reliance) . The setup was fine as i configured the router using the dynamic IP settings . The internet connection works fine on one computer , i.e the reliance login page comes and i can browse the internet fine on one computer . But if i connect other laptop/device to my router network , the reliance login page again comes and when i login , a message gets displayed stating that" my session is still on somewhere else , click here to terminate " . So basically i am not being able to use my net connection on multiple device/laptops . It's working on only a single device. I need help regarding the configuration of the router so that i can use multiple devices with my router.

for some reason your router is not spreading the connection as one but multiple and hence reliance isn't allowing

Ok , but there must be something that i could do about it in the router settings ?

thats what is confusing that if you are using a router then how is reliance able to know you are using it on different devices

are you using the PPOPE mode

also are you using an ethernet cable to connect to ur 2nd device or through wifi

No , i am not using an ethernet cable to connect my 2nd device . I am using the same wifi network which i am using to connect my first device. The thing is why am i being redirected to the Reliance login page in the 2nd device at the first place when i have already logged in the reliance network with my first device. If my session is already registered on then why is the 2nd device not being able to use it .I tried using the reliance modem , i connected my router to the rel. modem through one of the rel. modem's lan ports , but still it's working on only one device.

They must have port binded your PC's NIC's MAC ID. Try using your PC's NIC's MAC ID as your router's MAC ID. Just copy paste it. I know Netgear has this feature, but I'm not sure about your router. Call D-Link India technical support @ 1800-233-0000 or 0832-2885700 and ask them about the same.

This is a right pain. I am visiting family and last year was able to log in once and the session would be open to other devices. Our set up appears to be the same, i.e. a route/wi-fi. So can only assume it is Reliance stopping multiple sessions - but hope there is a parameter/setting or work around. If work out how to connect multiple devices would be good....

I got myself Netgear WGR614 wi-fi router and Netgear helped me configuring it with Reliance. It's been 2 days and its working fine. Am able to connect my 2 laptops & desktop simultaneously without any issues.

Just buy the above mentioned model, and contact the Netgear technical team. They will configure it for you.

Can you please explain you are using wired connection, is there any Wireless receiver installed on your Roof-Top and one wire coming from your Window which is connected to your MODEM or Router.

Because as per your plan 600Kbps is under multiuser Wireless and Reliance selling it name of Wired connection.
