Airtel Bb - Registration?

After having a bitter dose of Tata's downtime...I am thinking of shifting our ISP.(I stay in bangalore)Now if I have to register with Airtel...Do I have to go to their office or can I do it online or Will they send a representative to our place?How do I find out what all schemes are there in Airtel?BTW, I want a plan which suits our Office with 5-6 systems....Also how do I find out schemes for other ISP's like Sify, Reliance and their registration?

What are the phone nos for Bangalore Customer Care?

BTW, I saw in your connection type - Airtel Home 999 .....Can we go for that coz ours is for Office purpose ( 5-6 systems)
 
I think this is the cus care no: 41112345and you cant use the Home plans for commercial purpose(office ect)
 
My husband sent a mail to the customer care asking for the registration process and schemes and they sent an Excel file which consists of plans and asked for our full adress so that they can check the feasibility...BTW, what do they mean when they say 128kbps(1:2) OR 512kbps(1:4)
 

That means, your line is shared amongst 2, 4 ppl respectively. If you want a leased line for the cyber, ask them for one. The ratio there will be 1:1 😉
